1 pound Ground Beef
14 oz Diced Tomatoes
3 Zucchini
1 Red Pepper
4 tbsp Butter
2 tsp Dried Oregano
0.5 tsp Fresh Thyme
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese
salt and pepper

Beef

Heat one tablespoon of butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.

Add the minced beef about 12-15 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat and transfer minced meat in a deep bowl.

Vegetables

Return the frying pan to heat and add 2 more tablespoons of butter.

Add in tomatoes, zucchini, and spices for 5 minutes until soft. Stir frequently.

Mix Together

Return the cooked beef back to the pan then stir in tomatoes and zucchini.

Lower the heat and let simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot, top it with parmesan cheese.
