Prep Veggies

Peel zucchini, grate it and add a bit of salt. Set aside until zucchini releases its juices.

Drain grated zucchini with your hands and combine with other ingredients.

Fry Zucchini

Form small balls with hands and fry them over medium high heat with lots of oil (depending on the size of your saucepan and stir in at least 1 cup of oil).

Cook The Chops

Brush the steaks on both sides with oil and season with salt and pepper.

Heat the grill to high. Place the steaks on the grill and cook until golden brown, approximately 5 minutes.

Turn the steaks over and continue to grill them for the next 5 minutes.

Serve with cheesy zucchini balls.
