Nutritional tip: The 50% fats that bacon contains belong to monounsaturated fats and a large part of those is oleic acid.

Oven

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prep Veggies

Wash and cut mushrooms into thin slices.

Finely chop onions, garlic, parsley, and cut bacon into thin slices.

Cook Veggies

On the heated oil fry first bacon, after that add chopped onion then add the mushrooms.

Sauté all together for a couple of minutes, add a little salt, pepper, garlic, oregano, parsley, and seasoning.

Tortillas

In a greased ovenproof dish arrange one over the other slices of tortilla that you have previously soaked in milk. Arrange half of prepared mushroom mix over the tortillas and repeat that with the rest of tortillas.

Bake

Over that distribute the remaining mushrooms and pour the mixture of sour cream, eggs, and oil over the casserole.

Bake for approximately 30 minutes.
